On this page we'll tell you a bit about how processing and shipping your order works on our end.

 

After placing your order

Since we create almost all of our products on our own, we don't work with the classic "x amount in store" system. Most of our items are made to order, so an estimate is displayed on product pages - if it takes (much) longer, we'll be sure to let you know! 

We have a shipping partner that handles our non-domestic packages, but they require us to bundle them as well as possible. That's why we only bring packages to our shipping partner up to twice a week, usually Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday, they will then process it with Deutsche Post/FedEx and provide us with a tracking code 1-2 business days later.

 

Transit times

Keep in mind that these are rough estimates; we've seen faster deliveries but occasionally slower as well. Most deliveries should be within the timeframe mentioned below though.

Deutsche Post Standard shipping:

EU - 2-5 business days

Worldwide - 5-12 business days

 

DPD

EU - 2-5 business days

 

FedEx Priority shipping (US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand only)

2-5 business days

 

FedEx Economy shipping (US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand only)

5-8 business days

 

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are based on weight and can change depending on the rates provided to us by our shipping partner. Shipping cost is calculated during check-out.

Important: packages to non-EU countries may be subject to customs/import taxes, please check if this applies to your case to prevent unexpected extra costs.

For US customers: due to the current tariff situation, we can only offer shipping through FedEx on our website. However, there is another option available to us for packages up to 2kg; one at a lower shipping cost (starting at €6) and with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Shopify is a bit limited though, so we cannot set it up with standard settings and have to refer to making it a custom order manually.
